Out of some basic principles, pneumatical winding shafts are produced in a numerous number of types. You can have diameters from 25 mm up to 600 mm and you can make a choice out of square, triangle or round studs. And there is not only the two side bearing type, you can also get a one side bearing type (for easier handling of roles).

If roll weight or web speed make it impossible to use a pneumatical winding shaft, there is the alternative of the pneumatical/mechanical winding shaft.
